Module 5
Introduction
This module invites you to revisit trust as an ever-deepening capacity—moving beyond initial surrender into a lived wisdom of trusting life’s unfolding, your intuition, and the innate intelligence within each moment.
By the end of this module, students will be able to:
Exploring how discipline, compassion, and endurance interweave to sustain trust.
Advanced Somatic Experiencing pendulation and Hakomi contact strategies to anchor safety and aliveness.
Mapping inner strategies that unconsciously block trust and practicing unblending into Self leadership.
Practices for surrendering into mystery with agency—honoring intuition and the intelligence of the process.
Identifying moments when trust faltered—what protective part showed up and where it lived in the body.
Morning “Pendulation Pauses” to alternate activation and resourcing, strengthening felt-sense of safety.
Partnered “Trust Interviews” where one student embodies the Self and the other a protector, cultivating mutual curiosity.
Collective reflection on personal and observed trust breakdowns in facilitation role-plays.
Faculty demonstration of holding field presence when a participant’s protector activates.
Co-regulation and trust-repair protocols applied to live group scenarios, reinforcing ethical containment.
