Cycle 3 – The Facilitator’s Path is designed for students transitioning from inner apprenticeship to outer expression. In this stage, participants begin to hold space for others in a more active and visible way, while continuing to deepen their own psycho-spiritual process. This cycle develops embodied mastery, ethical responsibility, and spiritual alignment as cornerstones of the facilitator role.
This stage marks the rite of passage into conscious service. Students move from “preparation and practice” into “presence and potency,” as they begin to embody their unique facilitator style and initiate their contribution to collective transformation.
This opening module initiates the student into a map of expanded consciousness: the Tree of Life, drawn from Kabbalistic mysticism and contemplative traditions. It orients the facilitator toward vertical growth—beyond psyche and ego—and into the realms of spirit, soul, and universal purpose.
Integration Focus:
Bridging mystical wisdom with therapeutic practice. Students learn to hold expanded states with reverence, discernment, and inner alignment.
In this module, the focus shifts toward migration—the passage of the soul through inner thresholds. It is a profound examination of transitions, rites of passage, ego death, and rebirth as essential aspects of the entheogenic journey.
Integration Focus:
Students train in the subtleties of accompanying people in liminal states—when structures break down and new awareness begins to emerge.
This module reconnects each participant with their innate potential—the energy of emergence, creation, and calling. It addresses the transformation from survivor or seeker to creator and co-facilitator of life.
Integration Focus:
Facilitators begin to identify their sacred medicine—what they are uniquely here to bring—and practice transmitting it through their presence, not just their tools.
The final module of Cycle 3 is dedicated to live practice, integration of feedback, and an evaluation of readiness for stepping into more formal facilitator roles. This includes:
Integration Focus:
Students are invited to claim their space, embody their learning, and receive support in clarifying next steps (e.g., leading sessions, co-facilitating, or apprenticing in real settings).
By the end of this cycle, participants will have:
This cycle marks the completion of foundational training and opens the path toward full facilitator initiation and participation in ceremonial work, supervision, and therapeutic integration spaces.
