Module 1
On Being a Facilitator
Module 1 inaugurates your journey as a conscious facilitator by orienting you to the heart of Transcendent Psychology and the Tree of Life. Rather than technique-driven protocols, we cultivate an inner posture of presence, humility, and ethical service—preparing you to hold transformative spaces for others in both ordinary and expanded states of awareness.
Five core dimensions of facilitator development that will guide your journey
Master Transcendent Psychology and the Tree of Life as a map of consciousness.
Learn to hold space without fixing or directing, cultivating pure presence.
Gain panoramic understanding of lineages and therapeutic contexts.
Navigate projection, boundaries, and consent with wisdom and care.
Explore your motivations, wounds, and unique gifts as a future facilitator.
Four foundational pillars that form the bedrock of conscious facilitation
An integrative framework that maps the journey of consciousness—uniting mystical, somatic, and psychological dimensions—onto the Sefirot of the Tree of Life to guide facilitators in navigating inner landscapes.
The facilitator’s primary role is to embody unwavering presence and compassionate neutrality, creating a safe container where transformation can unfold without imposing solutions.
A survey of ancestral plant and fungal rites alongside modern clinical models highlights principles of set, setting, and harm reduction to ground facilitators in both sacred lineage and evidence-based practice.
Ethical facilitation requires vigilant self-awareness to recognize and manage projections, uphold clear consent and confidentiality, and maintain boundaries that protect both client and container.
Two complementary pathways of development and integration
You will engage in self-inquiry practices each day—journaling prompts such as “What draws me to facilitate?” and “Which inner parts long to be seen?”—alongside somatic check-ins that reveal habitual tension patterns.
Through small-group peer reflections and guided body-mind explorations, you’ll start mapping the wounds and strengths that fuel your calling.
Every evening’s integration circle and night session support you in weaving together somatic insights, ethical frameworks, and mystical teachings.
By reflecting on preparatory rituals, ceremonial experiences, and group dynamics, you’ll learn to translate personal insights into skilful holding and co-regulation for those you will guide.
