Introduction
In this threshold module, students learn to regard their life stories as sacred medicine: past traumas become initiatory rites, and wounds transform into gifts. Drawing on the Tree of Life’s transformative pathways, we guide facilitators to own their power from essence—neither inflated nor collapsed—but fully aligned with their soul’s calling.
By the end of Module 7, students will be able to:
Unpacking specific sephirotic channels (e.g., Chokmah→Binah, Netzach→Hod) that facilitate alchemical transmutation.
Identifying over- or under-activated centers (e.g., excess Gevurah rigidity, deficient Tiferet compassion) and practices to restore flow.
Exploring lineage pledges, karmic agreements, and life’s deeper invitations that shape our facilitation medicine.
Recognizing genuine growth through shadow integration versus avoidant patterns that masquerade as “spiritual.”
Daily prompts such as “How has my oldest wound guided my greatest strength?”
Mapping personal imbalances onto the Tree and somatically sensing each center’s tone.
Writing and reading aloud a “Soul Contract” that honors both past suffering and future gifts.
Somatic check-ins to catch moments of numbing or over-idealization and returning to felt presence.
Role-plays in which facilitators practice holding authority from their Self, while maintaining compassionate containment.
Evening circles to reflect on moments of authentic emergence versus bypassing in one’s own journey.
Faculty-led enactments of guiding a client from wound identification through gift reclamation, with group feedback.
